Hi,

I got some question about 74AVC4T245 output behavior when the Vcc become OFF.

(Please see the attached file. )

the time that the 1B1 output reachs 0V is quite different

and the difference seems to depend on environment temp.

What is the reason of this behavior?

”High Temperature " means around 60 degrees.
