I would like to ask the following question.

Could you tell me the Icc(typ) of SN74HC393, SN74HC74 and SN74HC02?

If you can, I would like to know the typical data under input/output frequency (from DC to several kHz) condition.

The characterization packets are being translated from hard copy to soft copy at an outside vender. I have no way to axcess them to get ICC values. There is a 25 deg Icc max in the datasheet. There is also CPD specd in the dtasheet that you can use to calculate power dissipation across frequency. I have attached appnote for power dissipation.

Hello Chris,

I would like to ask the additional question.

Could you tell me the correct calculation for Icc rating?

I tried to calculate as below.

RT = Cｐｄ×VCC^２×ｆI×NSW = 40ｐ×5×5×1M×4 = 4ｍW

ICC = RT÷VCC = 800μA

But calculated value is more than Icc Max(8uA).

The Icc spec in the datasheet it for static levels only. The inputs are all High or all low.

If you are running at frequency the Icc will be higher than what is shown in the datasheet.
