Pulse frequency Modulator

Hi friends,

I need to implement a pulse frequency modulator. Need to do pulse frequency modulation upon a signal coming from UART.My requirement is given below. I am sending the my TINA TI implementation of that pulse frequency modulator along with this.Don't know whether it will work when moved to a PCB.Please check it and also expecting your valuable suggestions.6215.3201.codec1.TSC

Frequency for ‘1’ 62.5Mhz : Frequency for ‘0’ 15.625Mhz: Duty cycle 50%: Power supply 5V

The first one the Master clock the Fmax for the part is 40Mhz. not sure what you are doing but you may be able to use a D flip flop if you are trying to split the clock.

The last 2 where you are generating a pulse of 20ns and 80ns. It looks like the min pulse width is 40ns. Cext is tied to gnd so there would be no pulse.

Thank you very much. Cext determine the pulse width right?But will that chip support 20ns pulse width.

the datasheet say the minimum pulse is 40ns so I don think it will work.
