Hello,
in my design I need two logic gates (preferably just function Y = A, or Y = not A) with low logic level Vilmax = 0.8 V, supply voltage Vcc = 2.5 - 3.3 V and 5V tolerant inputs. Is there anything?
Hi Martin,
What is your end application? The SN74LVC1G04 and SN74LVC1G07 may be a good fit based on your requirements.

Hi Ryan,
it will be used as logic level translator. Parameters of the gate are:
supply voltage and output high voltage:
Vcc = Voh = 2.5 - 3.3 V
input low logic level :
Vilmax = 0.8 V
input high logic level:
Vihmin = 2.1 V
Vihmax = 5.5 V
supply current
Icc < 50 uA for Vin <= Vilmax and Vin >= Vihmin (i.e. valid levels on input)
Icc < 10 mA for Vilmax < Vin < Vihmin (i.e. invalid levels on input)
The SN74LVC1G04 and SN74LVC1G07 would fit my requirements apart from deltaIcc parameter (500 uA for this gate;).
I found NLU2G14 gate http://www.onsemi.com/pub_link/Collateral/NLU2G14-D.PDF from Onsemi. It has slightly higher high level input voltage but I can live with that. They specify Icc to be < 1 uA for all input levels. Does TI have something like that?
AUP would be much lower power than LVC.
I dont know how On can have a part thet uses no power to switch. At some point between Vcc and gnd there should be a current spike at the switching point.
