SN74LVC1G139 output is glitching

A cautionary note when using this chip for demultiplexing certain chips using the SN74LVC1G139DCU.

I am running the SN74LVC1G139DCU as a 2-to-4 multiplexer for four SPI chip select lines. I have one chip on output 3 that is sensitive to short transitions on its CS line.

My circuit has the SN74LVC1G139DCU bypassed to ground with a 100nF cap, and runs on 3.3V.

Unfortunately, the SN74LVC1G139DCU generates glitches on output 3 when, for example transitioning from address 0 to 1.

In other words, if inputs A and B are low, and you raise line A, there is a very short glitch (a few ns) to ground on output 3. The same applies when again lowering input A. This is unexpected behaviour, and not mentioned in the datasheet.
