We are using the 'SN74AVC16T245 - 16-BIT DUAL-SUPPLY BUS TRANSCEIVER' for our application. We had a concern regarding the power consumption calculations for the IC. When doing the power consumption estimate of our board, is it sufficient to consider the Icca & Iccb only of the IC? or do we need to consider the current that the bus i/o's might draw? I had this concern as some of the other manufacturer datasheets specify the value of 'delta Icc' which corresponds to the Increase in ICC per Input. I am looking for the maximum possible power consumption of the IC so that i can estimate the power supply current that might be required by my board.
