Hi,

I'd like to know the best alternate part for Toshiba's TC74HC04AF.

I believe SN74HC04D is the best one.

If yoy have another recommendations, please let us know.

 

Alos, my customer wants equivalent circuit of SN74HC04.

Could you provide us the equivalent circuuit?

If not, could you tell us there is pull-up resistor to Vcc in SN74HC04 like SN74LS04 one.

    It looks like the Toshiba part is a bit faster than TI's part. Other than that, the parts have very similar specifications. Neither part have pull-up resistors on the inputs. You can tell because the input current is specified below 1 microamp and is symmetrical for high or low input voltage.
