Hi Team,

I know that “maximum frequency = 250MHz” is mentioned in the product folder of SN74AUC1G125.

However, this value is not stated in the datasheet.

So, we would like to confirm whether this value is correct or not.

I found this E2E thread.

According to this thread, I understood that all AUC families(include SN74AUC1G125) are “maximum frequency = 250MHz”.

Is my understanding incorrect?

Your understanding is correct. I would like to add that for logic parts, the maximum frequency is also dependent on the load capacitance which your part is driving. Larger load capacitances will lower the maximum frequency you can achieve with your part.

Kanemaru-san,

The test setup for the part, along with the load conditions, can be found in the Parameter Measurement section of the datasheet. It looks like the largest capacitance is 30 pF (see image below).

As for a graph of load capacitance vs. frequency, unfortunately we do not collect that data.
