Configuring IC CD74 HC297

Hi!

For one of our applications, we are trying to use above IC, to generate clock of 10 MHz. in synchronisation with low frequency 45Hz, to55 Hz. We got the IC but is not working. There is very limited documentation available for the same. Can anybody  give the circuit diagram for the same? We are trying to use EXORED phase detector. Clock we have given 10 MHz. Crystal oscillator. All A,B,C, D we have connected to common. Please advice.

    Richa,

    The -G4 suffix represents the composition of the lead frame of the device. "G" means "Green." Green is defined as "Pb-Free (RoHS compatible), and free of Bromine (Br) and Antimony (Sb) based flame retardants (Br or Sb do not exceed 0.1% by weight in homogeneous material)." G4 is a type of Green rating where the lead frame is preplated with Ag, Au, NiPd, or NiPdAu.
