We would like to use the YZP package of SN74LVC1G373 but we can't decide the correct pinout numbering;

In the first page of the datasheet the pins numbered from 1 to 6, in page 17 the pins have A1-C2 marking.

That is strange. I'll ask my team about it. My hunch is that you should follow the pinout on page 1. Page 17 is just an engineering drawing of the package.

The YZP package is known as a "ball grid array" package which is typically numbered the way you see it on page 17. The numbering goes as follows:

A1 = 1
B1 = 2
C1 = 3
A2 = 6
B2 = 5
C2 = 4

This datasheet is on our list to update this year, so we will be sure to include the changes in that update.
