Hello :

I am looking for a buffer/driver to receive source synchronous single ended bus with a  clock 3.3V @160Mhz. I need the smallest package family available with the lowest skew. I did not see frequency specification in the buffers I looked up. Can you recommend the best buffer available that will meet the voltage and frequency requirement (where are the frequency specification of these buffers shown?)

    You can look at the SN74LVC1G34 or SN74AUP1G34 single buffer gates. They will perform at >160 MHz at 3.3 V If you need more I/Os, we also have parts with more gates.

    Although we don't specify frequencies for most gates and buffers, you can get a good idea of the input frequency by looking at fMAX of a clocked device in the same family: for example, SN74LVC1G74 or SN74AUP1G74.     What kind of drive strength do you need? What is your end application?
