I am planning to use CD 4000 family logic devices in my current design.
Kindly let me know about the following issues
1. Are these devices still in production ?
2. Are the devices delivered by distributors stocked for quite a some time?
3.Who is maintaining fabrication facility for such legacy devices? Is it TI or some third party?
