What has changed in the CMOS HC cell compared to the HCT cell? I have been involved in CMOS development at SSS and balanced N and P cells were the norm. HCT devices seem to behave differently, so WHAT Has Changed? I have a circuit where the HCT device will not work in the HC application and need to know why.
