PCA9306 Power -on Sequence

Customer is using PCA9306 (I2C buffer) in their current design.  In datasheet, there is no recommendation for power-on sequence.

But, As per customer power scheme,  Vref1(3.3V) is powered on first and then Vref2 (4.8V) is powered on. Vref2 (4.8V) is enabled by Power sequencer(UCD9081).  The enabling of Vref2 will be after few mS delay. Will this affect the device normal operation?
