Delay IC

if you are looking for a IC that will delay analog signal, then you will not find it anywhere. There was old IC's called bucket brigade. For delaying analog signal you can design all-pass filter. All-pass filter will pass all signal components without degrading its amplitude, but will only delay every component of the signal for the same amount. All-pass filters have constant group delay, and because of that, they are used as delay circuits for analog signal.All-pass filter can be digitally controller if you instead of the fixed resistors put digital potentiometer. When you change resistor value, it will cause change in delay value.

Delaying digital signal is much more simpler. There are million IC's on the market, or you can use ultra low count MCU.
