Dhirendra,
Can you expand a bit on your application? Is this part to replace a specific other part? What logic voltages/supply voltages are involved? Do you want the enables to control half of the buffers each or some other format? If you have a schematic it would be very helpful.

Hi Maier,

We have used 74VHC244MTC in our design overlooking its OE which is active low. We have a delay circuit whose output goes high after some time. Therefore, we need a buffer whose oe pins are active high so that after the specified delay, inputs can be buffered to output.

Are you looking for a direct replacement (exact same pinout/package) with active high instead of active low OE pins?

I'm afraid I could not find a part to meet your criteria. I would have to recommend adding a SN74LVC2G04 or similar to invert the /OE signals.
