Since these two parts fall in two different families (LV-A and AC indicate families of logic), there are many differences between them. Perhaps if you could tell me more about your application, I could help you select the better part. Just glancing through the datasheets I found more differences than I could list here (many of them are minor and likely will not affect your decision).
A few differences are:
LV-A family -- partial power down, back drive protection, and live insertion protection
AC family -- lower max tpd and higher Vcc range
A few similarities:
f_max (110 MHz), Overvoltage-tolerant inputs, CMOS structure
