I want below function's switch.

Please recommend solution or product.

When normal state, There is no power. and output must be GND.

When power is iOn, output must be High (5V) signal.

What about the TS5A3157? The switch is controlled by the IN signal being high or low. However, the switch must still be powered (V+) the entire time.

We do not have a switch that can function properly when the power is completely off.
