Would you mind if we ask SN74LVC1G14?

We would like to calculate Power dissipation of SN74LVC1G14.
We guess that the calcutation is PD=(Tj-Ta) / θja.
We could not find Tj from the datasheet.

So, could you let us know Tj?(125C? or 150C?)

Hi Matsumoto-san, the TJ max is equal to the storage temperature range, 150 C.
