Hi,

                 I am looking for PSpice model for any "QUAD NAND gate IC, DIP type" (so that I can use this IC in our board and extract R,L,C, gm, tr, tf etc. parameters for my research purpose). Can anyone please suggest/tell from where can I get the pspice model and corresponding datasheet.
