SN74CB3Q3257 - About Junction temperature

Hi Team,

Our customer would like to know the junction temperature.

We can’t find this value in the datasheet.

However, I believe that the junction temperature is usually 125℃.

Is my understanding correct?

Kanemaru-san,

The maximum junction temperature of all standar logic devices is 150℃, unless otherwise specified in the datasheet.
