Hi,

When VCC of SN74CB3Q3257 or SN74CBTLV16800 is 0V, if B port is high, is there some voltage level in VCC due to leakage?

If correct, is there no damage or abnormal operation? ex)A port goes to high.

Hi David, the Abs Max ratings have a specific value on them (4.6 V & 7 V), not VCC + 0.5 V. Therefore, there is no leakage path to VCC in the device and having a switch voltage when VCC = 0 will not create a voltage at VCC.

The "IOFF" feature prevents the damage.
