My customer would like to know the minimum Icc of the below devices.

I think it is written max Icc in the data sheet.

Please let me know.

Michi,

Is the customer looking for Icc during a particular operating condition? The 'Max Icc' on the datasheet is what would be expected during each given operating condition and is what I would use for any power calculations.

Also, to get a more accurate view of what power consumption would be like in your application, you can use the CPD parameter. This application report shows how to calculate typical power consumption using CPD: http://www.ti.com/lit/an/scaa035b/scaa035b.pdf
