SN74LV221ADR date codes?

I have some parts that came from my customer but the date code is not marked on the reel.  Can you help me to decipher what it is?

The parts is marked 53ACTLM on the first line

The second line has the part number 2C221A

    If you go to the Product Folder page: www.ti.com/.../samplebuy , click on the Sample&Buy tab, you'll see a column for "Top Side Marking".   Click on this, a dialogue box will pop-up; enter the device part number (SN74LV221ADR) and the correct top-side marking is displayed, in this case it is "LV221A".  Alternatively, enter the top-side marking, click the "Part Mark" then "Look Up".  If I put your device info, no valid info is returned, so I would assume these are counterfeit devices (Sorry: No matching results for "2C221A".  Please search for another term.)
