TXB0108PWR oscillations

I am trying to use the TXB0108PWR to connect a custom 2.5V chip (A side) with a 5V microcontroller (B side). I have connected to ground all unused pins of the TXB0108PWR. I have also used 100nF decoupling ceramic capacitors connected very close to VCCA and VCCB pins and linear power supply with low output noise. The outputs of the voltage translator (TXB0108PWR) oscillate when I am trying to connect the oscilloscope probe. This unstable behavior forces me to use 2-resistors voltage dividers but I have problem with some bidirectional ports because my PCB is already manufactured. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thank you in advance.
