We have used SN74HC595DR, Some question need confirm.

There only find ΘjA from datasheet, Could you provide or tell us where can we get the Θjc / Tj / Pd?

When only theta_ja is in the datasheet, the other values were not calculated. In order to get them, we would have to submit a thermal modelling request internally and wait for the response.
Is there a particular application that you are looking at using this part for in which the thermal models are a factor?
