IBIS model for SN74LVTH245ANSR

Hi,

I need IBIS model for SN74LVTH245ANSR.

The following site is not included in SN package.

www.ti.com/.../litabsmultiplefilelist.tsp;tabId=1989&literatureNumber=scbm054&docCategoryId=4&familyId=295

The file that is uploaded in the above site is for only DW,DB and PW package. It is not included the data for SN package.

Pleease give me IBIS model for SN74LVTH245ANSR.

    Michi,

    Please forgive my ignorance here, but I understood IBIS models to be based solely on electrical characteristics and operation of the device.  Is there some part of the model that is related to the physical casing of the part?  Does it have some thermal component?  Electrically these should all operate identically.

    Regarding your question, Sorry I don't know detail mechanism about IBIS model.
    When I confirmed the content of the IBIS model file that was uploaded to TI web, package information of DW, DB and PW are included in its file.
    The information of each packages shows the value of R_pin, L_pin and C_pin. And these value is different each package. So I thought IBIS model needs the package information. How do you think about this package information?
    Please give me your comment.

    Michi-san,

    Thank you for the clarification.  I can submit a request to have this model created, but I do not know how long it will take.  I will need to know the company name and estimated number of units per year to submit the request.

    I can't say company name in here. But its company is Japanese company. And there is one of big industry company.

    The estimated number of units are 100 thousands/year.
