2 damage scenario in SN74CB3Q1681 when CARD attaching

Scenario A: Damaged on REQ0#/34-pin

Scenario B: Damage aound GND/38-pin  and NC/39-pin

Questions:

Is there any power sequence requirement for BIASV/VCC/A side signal/B side signal?

howif BIASV arise earlier than VCC and B side is pulled to GND, could the PMOS be damaged under this condition?
