It looks like the CD4536B may be used for this. You may also want to consider the TPL5100. It can provide a timing signal between 16 seconds and 1024 seconds (17 minutes). Other timer products can be found here: http://www.ti.com/lsds/ti/clock-and-timing/timers-products.page
