The SN74LVC112A (a J-K Flip-Flop) is a clocked part in the same family as the LVC125A (and is much more internally complex).  It is rated to 150 MHz for most cases (120 MHz at 1.8-V Vcc).  This is where my answer came from.  Regardless, I don't think you will have any trouble in your application.
