Is the SN74HC4851QPWRQ1 compliant with AEC-Q100 Temp Grade1 ?

Are all "-Q1" TI Devices compliant with AEC-Q100 / AEC-Q101

    Hi Boris.

    I know for certain that Q1 on a part means it automotive qualified, but I am going to have to check on which certifications exactly that indicates.  I will get back to you later with more.

    Boris, I have verified that all Q1 parts from TI are AEC-Q100 compliant. The AEC-Q101 standard is for discrete semiconductors only (not integrated circuits like AEC-Q100), so a part would either be certified for one or the other. I don't know of any AECQ101 parts from TI, but that doesn't mean there aren't any... after all, we make over 50k parts!
