This TI webpage http://www.ti.com/lsds/ti/high-reliability/space/radiation-data.page#logic shows krad ratings for advanced logic.  Where can krad specifications for HC logic be found?  Specifically

    Bob,
    It's my understanding that this type of testing is only completed on high rel parts due to the test cost. Our relatively simple (aka 'jelly-bean') parts don't go through such vigorous tests. I know we did have a customer not too long ago looking into using these parts in their space-based application, but they were doing internal testing and I don't have their results.
