SN74LVC3157 supports Ioff?

Hello TI,

Please confirm that the SN74LVC3157 would support the Ioff feature, as hinted at in scya049 paragraph 2.2.1?

If so, what would be max. Ioff current be, 10uA?

    Hi Bernard ,

    LVC1G3157 does not support the Ioff feature .There is an internal diode to Vcc and diode starts to conduct whenever the Vcc is off and you have voltage on A /B1 /B2 pins and exceeding the 50ma clamp current limit can be damaging to device .

    The Ioff parameter given in datasheet refers to the switch leakage current when it is turned on/off .
