input current of SN74AVC4T245

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AVC4T245, CDCE62005

 Dear Technical Support Team,

I have questions about SN74AVC4T245.

1.)

Do you have a input current specification(3.3V) for SN74AVC4T245.

MISO of CDCE62005 outputs 3.3V, but this output current is a little weak.

So I want to know input current of SN74AVC4T245.

2.)

Can SN74AVC4T245 input Hi-z(MISO of SPI)?

I think that SN74AVC4T245 is based on CMOS, so it can't input Hi-z.

Is it correct?

■information

PLL:3.3V

FPGA:2.5V

PLL: CDCE62005

PLL(MISO) ⇒ SN74AVC4T245 ⇒ FPGA

FPGA controls PLL register setting through SPI.

  • Hi Y.I ,

I have intimated the assigned engineer for the part to get back with you .
  • Hello y.i

    Thank you for your question.

Do you have a input current specification(3.3V) for SN74AVC4T245.

There is not an input current specification for the SN74AVC4T245. When one side of the SN74AVC4T245 is configured as in input, those input pins are high impedance. This means ideally no current is present at those pins. The output pins, however, are driving outputs, which means the output pins have an output current and an output current spec.

Can SN74AVC4T245 input Hi-z(MISO of SPI)?

I am not sure what you mean by input Hi-z, but if you are asking if the SN74AVC4T245 has hi-Z capability, the answer is yes. The SN74AVC4T245 features an /OE pin which can force the circuit outputs into a Hi-Z state.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Regards,

    Jared
