SN74LVC138APWR - Ci max value

Hi all,

Would you mind if we ask SN74LVC138APWR?

The datasheet shows Ci type value is 5pF.
So if you have Max value of Ci, could you let us know it?
(if you have approxy data of Max value, could you let us know it?)

Hirotaka-san,
I do not have data for this part, but from looking at a few other parts in the same family, it appears that the 'typical' value given is actually larger than any of the measured values. The largest measured value I have seen on any input is 3.99 pF.

Ok, we got it.
We recommend that our customer should use Typ value 5pF as typical data because there is no max value
