SN74LVC2G66DCUR Top Marking

Hi TI Folks,

We need some help in decoding the Part Marking for SN74LVC2G66DCUR. Our customer is requesting TI to explain the meaning of the following part marking found on top side of SN74LVC2G66DCUR

First line : C26

Second line: 4AZ

We understand the notes (4)(5) on the datasheet. But customer would like to know more about the meaning and how to decode. Thanks.

(4)There may be additional marking, which relates to the logo, the lot trace code information, or the environmental category on the device.
(5)Multiple Device Markings will be inside parentheses. Only one Device Marking contained in parentheses and separated by a "~" will appear on a device. If a line is indented then it is a continuation of the previous line and the two combined represent the entire Device Marking for that device

Weiren
  • Hi Weiren ,
This relates to the lot code info which tells us from which A/T site this device has come from . This is especially useful in scenarios where there are any field failures and we can track it back to the fab site and see if there were any issues during the lot processing .
The customer shouldn't worry about it too much about this .
