The SN74351 8 to 1 Decoder....not finding enough info to tell me what the two outputs would eventually do. I am taking 8 inputs, would these eventually spit out a clock signal in one output and then the serial output of the decimal equivalent of the 8 H L Digital inputs? Got an 8 bit decoder to 1 Decimal address in mind.
The specs don't make any sense....
