We have an Aerospace customer that is looking for some clarification on lead finishing.
I need to get in touch with someone from TI with regards to the device marking on a part. We are calling out part number SN74LVC2G125DCUR or SN74LVC2G125DCUT. Initially the part had leads that were finished as NIPDAU. The latest version of the data sheet has the lead finish as NIPDAU or TIN (SN), which will cause some problems. The data sheet lists three (3) codes for device marking, but there are only two (2) types of lead finish. I am looking for someone to give an explanation of parts marking information.
Is there someone from TI that can advise on this?
