Our customer is evaluating TXS0101.

They are asking us the following 2 questions. Would you please give us your comment ?

Q1. Accuracy of internal pull-up resistor 10kohm. +/- 5%, 10%, 20%??

Q2. Resistor value when switch is ON between A and B. 10ohm, 20ohm, 50ohm ??

Of course these values are just information, and we don't need to guarantee these value.

Hidezuka-San,

I will try and get that information tomorrow. I believe resistances in silicon can vary greatly but I will see what the values are when I get into work.

Hello Hidezuka-San,

I talked to the designers and they said that over process and temp the range of the resistance could vary as much as 30-40%. Also, the resistance in series when the FET is on is on the order of 300 Ohms.
