Hi,

Using the parametric search tool, I am surprised to see that the CD4504B has a 2.9ns nominal tpd.

Sadly, I do not find that that spec in the device data sheet.

Is reaching this specification possible and under what conditions.

    Hi Matt ,

    I would definitely think this is typo. These are pretty old devices which wouldn't come close to 2.9ns prop delay . Some of the numbers come from what was feeded into databases long back . these need to be corrected .
