Hi everybody,

Is there an application note which describes the key points of the SN74ALVC technology? In particular, I'm looking for the min/max/typ output rise times and output imedance of the SN74ALVC125.

f_max of the application is 50MHz and I would like to know how much series impedance I have to add to the output in order to prevent reflections.

Hi Patrick ,

I would recommend few app note for getting to know about the ALVC family better.

Design considerations for logic handbook also talks about the series damping techniques mainly for ringing suppression. It contains input and output stages description of ALVC family .

The operating frequency reduces with higher load cap and series resistor at the output .
