Some of the TI's HP describes SN74AUC1G123 as single monostable mutivibrator, but product page have not been found.

Could you let me know the SN74AUC1G123 status? or If it does not exist, could you please let me know its alternatives?

This device does not exist on ti website .
If you can elaborate on the requirements, I can suggest you one . The single gate recommendation I can give is SN74LVC1G123. There is good app note recently developed on it too on the product folder .
