By component grade, I don't believe I understand what you are asking for specifically. The device in question is an EP which is a high reliability enhanced product. Typically this means more stringent testing and a larger sample size. You can see the revalent testing data in the Quality and Support tab

Thanks Jonathan for the information. Here Component Grade means, is that device Industrial Grade/ Commercial grade or Military Grade.

And Regarding Package Body Material you didnt give any info.

Vijay,

TI classifies Military/Aerospace grade as EP. So the EP would be Military grade.

In regards to the body material, we do not have this information readily available.

I am reaching out to some contacts to try and get this information. However, please keep in mind that we are near a national holiday in the US, so a response will likely be delayed.
