Hi all.

I would like to know minimum switch frequency.

My customer request 1:8 mux/demux over 140MHz.
I see the datasheet of CD74HC4351, CD74HCT4351,
but I didn't know which device supports 180MHz.(Datasheet P10)

Is this value minimum value?

Hi Sho Ogane San ,

Yes , the typical BW at 25C is mentioned in the datasheet at 25C .
The BW is greatly dependent on the load present as mentioned in Fig 11.

Which device is 180MHz fsw and is the value guaranteed?
My customer's using must be over 140MHz.

Hi Sho Ogane ,

CD74HC4351 should be able to perform over 140Mhz.
alternatively , you can also consider CD74HC4051 devices which are rated above 140Mhz fmax.
