Do you have spec of  VCC vs Vt- / Vt+ ?

We looking datasheet. But we want other VCC conditon.

Can you data Vt- & Vt+ of VCC=1.44V, 2.70V&4.00V.

    Hi Haruo Akaba ,

    The threshold voltages Vt limit is set based on extensive characterization across process ,lots ,temperature etc . The limits should also be linear across operating voltages but would like to point out that 1.44Vcc is out of recommended operating conditions .
    2.7V :
    Vt+ 1.25V -1.7V
    Vt- 0.7 - 1V
