TA for SN74LVCHR16245A

I find following description on datasheet.

• Changed MAX operating temperature to 125°C in Recommended Operating Conditions table. ......................................... 7

Can I  use SN74LVCHR16245A  between -40 to 125 °C for all packages especially BGA?

I worry about temp range for BGA such as ZQL , GRD, ZRD, GQL?

Following "Op Temp" dosen't update changed temp range(max 125 °C)?

I followed up with the product engineering team on this and I was told that Ta has exception for BGA and QFN packages .
I will make a note of this and send request to change the datasheet .

Following packages are BGA. So May I understand following temp range?

GRD、ZQL、ZRD、GQL：　－40　to 85℃

Do you have a plan to update datasheet?
