i must translate  2.8 V (Dout0-11 and dout_CLK) from a CMOS image Sonsor to 3.3 V for a FPGA.

The maxim dout_CLK is 74.25 MHZ.

The SN74AVCH16T245 has a max Data-Rate of 380 Mbps. Is this Data Rate for one pin or for all 16 pins together?

i can translate at a max frequency of 23,75 MHz, if the data rate is for all 16 pins together. Is that right?

    The data rate of 380Mbps will be per pin .

    As long as both VCCA and VCCB are above 1.80V, each input/output pin on the SN74AVCH16T245 can support transmission of up to 380 Mbps simulataneously. Total throughput would be (380 Mbps/channel * 16 channels) = 6.080 Gbps.

    With your settings (VCCA = 2.8V, VCCB = 3.3V, bitrate = 2*74.25 MHz = 148.5 Mbps), you can use the SN74AVCH16T245.
