SN74HC4066 / On-state resistance

Hi all.

I would like to get the on-state resistance characteristic graph.
(For example x:voltage, y:on-state resistance, temprature 0℃~40℃)

If you have this data, please let me know it.

    The typical on-resitance for the SN74HC4066 is around 50 ohms. See the table below:

    I don't see the data as you have requested . There are 0V and Vcc points for 25C , 85C , -40C only .

    Are you interested in particular Vcc ?

    Datasheet is described paramerter only, so plase give me 3 point graph(0~Vcc), if you possible.

    406601 and 406602 are the different lots across which the units were tested .
    The units are in ohms .
    I will make a graph and provide you soon .

    Please find the temp data attached for Vcc 4.5V , input sweep from 0 - 4.5Vcc , 1mA Iout , 4 devices .

    The top Ron are the 85C temp data , middle group is 25C , bottom group is -40C data .
