I am looking for the information regarding SN7406N through hole component:

1. is it halogen free?

2. what is the max temp and up to what time it can go on wave soldering machine?

3. what is the max temp and up to what time it can go on manual soldering?

4. is it water sensitive component?

5. what type of reliability has done with respect to thermal shock or thermal cycling?

I contacted our sales support team ,their response as below :

"The device in question meets all industry and RoHS standards. JEDEC standards are to be followed with respect to the Customer board mounting/wave soldering process."
