Eric,

If your supply voltage is from 0.8 - 3.6V then you could use the SN74AUP1G74 which has

Theta JC	108.1°C/W
Theta JB	120.3 °C/W

Otherwise, I am submitting a request for the thermal data of the other packages.

The SN74LVC1G74DCTR has better thermal performance of

Theta JC	117.8°C/W
Theta JB	100.7°C/W

This is the SM8 (or DCT) package.

I hope this works better.
